Healthy housing, the environment, the use of local know-how and materials, the use of raw materials, and the measured and appropriate use of natural resources are in line with our architectural approach. These themes allow us to implement projects that ensure sustainable living conditions for the inhabitants.

In each of these works, the office combines the spirit of the place, the context and the respect of the built body with the new project. We pay particular attention to the environment in which each project is set because architecture constantly interacts with the unique context in which it is established. Our architectural approach is accompanied throughout the process of the project through a conceptual research, a scenario that will transport the soul of the construction.

The office encourages the active participation of the (future) inhabitants from the first sketches to the construction of the project. We are convinced that establishing a relationship of trust with our clients from the very beginning of the project is the key to quality work.

Teodori & Wellinger Architects sàrl is an office run by two motivated women architects who are totally committed to architecture. We are both graduates of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. We have had the chance to benefit from rich, different and formative professional experiences before opening our architectural office. We use all our skills so that the fruit of our interaction can lead to a project that meets your desires and needs under a careful financial eye.
